Eligibility
Families must meet the following requirements:
- US Citizen or legal resident
- Family income should fall between 30% and 75% of the median income
- Income qualified
- Demonstrated need for affordable housing
- Commit to saving for a down payment
- Willing to put in minimum of 200 hours of "sweat equity"
- Willing to attend budgeting, home repair and maintenance classes
- Ability to make monthly house payments

This non-profit program builds, renovates and repairs houses.
Homeowners purchase the homes with affordable mortgage payments. Both volunteers and homebuyers help build and repair the homes.
Families are selected for the program based on
- Level of need
- Willingness to become partners in the program
- Ability to repay the loan
