Team works closely with victims and individuals at risk in high-traffic areas of Ramsey, Washington and Anoka counties. They build trust and connect them with resources such as:
- Stable housing
- Mental health support
- Legal advocacy
- Substance abuse treatment
- Access to a 14-week intensive education program
