The coordination professional can help residents identify resources, navigate systems or help with applying to additional programs. MORE INFORMATION Provides recovery-focused permanent supportive housing sites throughout the Twin Cities This housing offers services to support those recovering from substance abuse. Each sober housing location is geared toward a specific population such as single adults, youth, families and people experiencing homelessness.
