Case managers help people to plan, access, evaluate and coordinate services from their service providers. Plans are customized to each person's own needs and preferences. MORE INFORMATION A program providing direct service and intensive case management to young survivors of human trafficking, including sex and labor trafficking. Services include: * Individual intake and assessment * Individual counseling * Appropriate service referrals * Transportation * Emergency shelter and transitional housing options
