DESCRIPTION: Legal aid program that offers legal counseling and/or representation for low-income individuals, typically in the areas of disability law, elder law and family law Free or low cost legal services help people who are unable to afford a lawyer get access to the court system. MORE INFORMATION This agency provides free civil legal assistance on disability-related issues to individuals with disabilities statewide, regardless of age or income, on legal issues related to their disabilities. Services include: * Education about services available and rights to services * Advocating on behalf of an individual * Representation in court and hearings
