Eligibility
Dial-A-Ride service is available to everyone for any reason. In cities where both bus-route and Dial-A-Ride exist, some eligibility restrictions do apply to the Dial-A-Ride service. Dial-a-ride Only:
  • Cannon Falls/Randolph
  • Faribault
  • Kenyon/Wanamingo
  • Lake City /Frontenac
  • Northfield
  • Pine Island
  • Plainview/Elgin
  • Red Wing
  • Wabasha/Kellogg
  • Zumbrota/Mazeppa

8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
Application process
Schedule a ride online or by calling the dispatch center between 4:30am - 9:00pm, Monday - Friday and between 7:00am - 4:30pm on Saturday and Sunday at (866) 623-7505 or TTY MN Relay service (800) 627-3529.
  • Individuals are served on a first come, first serve basis. It is recommended that individuals reserve their trip 24 hours in advance.
  • Individuals needing wheelchair accommodations should indicate this to the dispatcher when scheduling his/her trip.
Fees
Dial-A-Ride fare, one-way ride, $2.50 Exact fares only. Drivers do not make change. Punch passes and tokens can be purchased at local city halls Assistants with riders that have disabilities ride free
