Eligibility is based on income and household size. Funds are available for renters and homeowners.
Application process
Complete the online application for both Energy Assistance and Weatherization Assistance. Services are primarily focused on Douglas, Grant, Otter Tail, Pope, and Stevens counties. Individual programs may serve counties outside this area.
