Assistance with accessing, using, or learning about different types of technology MORE INFORMATION Assistance with technology, such as phones, tablets, or computers, for older adults. Provides:
  • Free telephone tech-support in three languages: English, Spanish and French
  • Seniors can also schedule one-on-one tech-support that can be provided over the phone or over any digital device
  • Daily technology classes are available online in English and Spanish
  • Opportunities for seniors to participate in other online social programs
  • Access to hundreds of tech-training resources and self-lead tutorials
High school and college students act as digital mentors. Senior citizens gain access to effective technology training and intergenerational communities that keep them socially connected and engaged.
