Residents of Le Sueur and Rice County who are on Medical Assistance or over age 55
Hours
8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Application process
Request a ride at least 24 hours in advance
Fees
Volunteer drivers provide medical only transportation for waiver clients

Companionship, Homemaker and Home Management services available in Blue Earth, Brown, Dakota, Le Sueur, Nicollet, Rice, Scott, Steele and Waseca counties Transportation service for healthcare appointments available in Le Sueur, Rice, Scott and Waseca counties. Respite available in Le Sueur County.
