Tenant/landlord law advice and problem-solving includes: * Explanations of applicable laws * Procedures for legal options available to tenants * Providing form letters, fact sheets, excerpts from statutes, or other written information * Referrals to local housing inspectors, sources of emergency assistance, etc.
