Eligibility

  • Families own the home
  • Families are willing to accept the financial responsibility for the cost of repair materials
  • Families are willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity by providing all required documents and completing sweat equity hours

Hours

8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday Friday by appointment only

To apply, call the agency or download an application for home preservation

Fees

A no-interest loan is made to the homeowner to cover the cost of the project.
