DESCRIPTION: Program that works on behalf of individuals and/or groups to make sure that they receive the benefits and services for which they are eligible MORE INFORMATION Assists victims of domestic violence and trafficking with petitioning for an Order for Protection or Harassment Restraining Order * If requested by a Petitioner, an Advocate will attend hearings for support and guidance. * Inform clients about the court and legal process, act as a form of support and help process the outcome of the hearing afterward
