Elderease Concierge

Companionship programs provide volunteers to visit with people who are in the hospital, unable to leave their home, or socially isolated. Visitors provide conversation, reading or other social activities to help keep older adults or people with disabilities engaged. MORE INFORMATION Provides: * Check-in Visits: Regular visits to check on the senior's well-being, provide companionship, and ensure their needs are met. 2-3 times per week. * Meal preparation: Preparing meals or assisting with meal planning. 2-3 times per week. * Recreational Activities: Engaging in hobbies, games, or walks. 1-2 times per week. * Reminder Services: Reminding about important dates, appointments, or tasks. As needed. * Family Communication: Regular updates to family members about the senior's well-being. Weekly updates or as needed.
