  • Provide guidance and support to make energy efficiency upgrades, such as insulation, furnaces, boilers, air conditioning (A/C), air source heat pumps (ASHP), water heaters, refrigerators, and dehumidifiers.
  • Identify any programs, rebates, and incentives you qualify for and match them with your home energy needs, timeline, and budget
  • Work with you throughout the upgrade process
  • Be available for help with applications and answer questions about upgrade options
  • Help find solutions to protect against health hazards such as lead, mold, asbestos
  • Provide tips to reduce utility bills and maintain home heating and cooling systems
