Eligibility is based on income and household size. Funds are available for renters and homeowners. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Murray, Nobles, Pipestone and Rock counties

8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Application process
Complete the online application for both Energy Assistance and Weatherization Assistance. Or download and print an application, and mail it to your local service provider: Applications can also be picked up from your local service provider, or Minnesota residents can obtain an application and more information by calling (800) 657-3710 or email: [email protected]

There is no fee.

Nobles, Rock, Murray, and Pipestone - see eligibility fields for specific program information Nobles County Heartland Express provides bus service in Nobles County. Homemaker services are provided in Nobles, Rock, Pipestone, Murray, Jackson, Cottonwood and Lincoln Counties. Employment support for older workers serves Cottonwood, Jackson, Murray, Nobles, Pipestone and Rock counties.
