Application process

Please call (855) 762-7821 to schedule your ride. Be waiting outside of your pick-up location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Rides scheduled on first come first served basis. 24 hour advance notice encouraged but not required.

Fees

No fee for attendants or helpers who ride with their patients. Shuttle service $4.00 * Children 5 and under ride free with paid adult * Veterans ride free to and from VA Clinic in Albert Lea
