Homemaker services are provided in Nobles, Rock, Pipestone, Murray, Jackson, Cottonwood and Lincoln Counties. Employment support for older workers serves Cottonwood, Jackson, Murray, Nobles, Pipestone and Rock counties.

Provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need of safe housing. Transitional housing helps people live independently, address issues that led to homelessness or kept them homeless, rebuild their support network and transition into permanent housing. The length of time a person can use the program is limited. MORE INFORMATION Provides temporary housing (scattered site) for homeless families Eligible applicants must participate in case management, goal setting, budget counseling, develop a housing plan and seek permanent housing. Direct services may include security deposits and short term rent assistance. Assistance is limited to funding available.
