Before beginning the application process, check the Disease Fund list to ensure your condition and medication is covered and contact the manufacturer of your medication to ask about possible assistance through them.

Provides financial help to people with a health condition or disability so that they can pay medical bills or other expenses related to health care.

Helps with the medical costs for underinsured patients with chronic or life-altering illnesses.
Provide financial assistance grants to eligible individuals to help cover:
- Prescription copays
- Health insurance premiums, deductibles and copays
- Out-of-pocket expenses for supplies, supplements, surgeries
