Services are directed toward the achievement of specific outcomes identified after assessment in a service plan. This service may be provided either in-person or remotely. MORE INFORMATION Phoenix Cove proudly serves adults 18 and older from all backgrounds, with a special focus on serving Asian-American and immigrant communities. A multi-lingual staff speaks Cambodian, Chinese, Hmong, Lao, and Vietnamese.
