Talk to your pharmacist about eligibility requirements ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Seniors in the counties that make up the Dancing Sky Area Agency on Aging (Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, Roseau, Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, Becker, Clay, Douglas, Grant, Otter Tail, Pope, Stevens, Traverse, and Wilkin counties). Service is generally available to anyone who is concerned about their own or a loved one's medication use.

Comprehensive review of all current medicines by a licensed pharmacist to help get the most benefit for your health and lifestyle. Review includes all prescription medications, herbal supplements, and over-the-counter medicines to help you understand:
  • If you are taking only the medicines and amounts you need
  • How your medicines interact with each other
  • If all your medicines are safe and effective
  • If there are any lower-cost options
Review will also answer questions and provide education on your medicines. MORE INFORMATION Offers a one-on-one appointment with a pharmacist to review over-the-counter and prescription medications to make sure the current therapy is safe and effective. The pharmacist will work with the primary care provider to resolve any issues found.
