Eligibility is based on income and household size. Funds are available for renters and homeowners. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Serves Sherburne, Morrison, Benton and Stearns counties

8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Application process

Complete the online application for both Energy Assistance and Weatherization Assistance. Or download and print an application, and mail it to your local service provider: Applications can also be picked up from your local service provider, or Minnesota residents can obtain an application and more information by calling (800) 657-3710 or email: [email protected] ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Sign up from October 1st - May 31st

Energy Assistance Program (EAP) services may include:

MORE INFORMATION Services include:
  • Provide direct payment to the energy supplier
  • Educate consumers to use home heating energy efficiently and safely
  • Crisis help for utility disconnections or necessary fuel deliveries
  • Emergency heating system repair or replacement
