DESCRIPTION: People who meet the age requirements may rent a private apartment/townhome at market rate. The market rate of senior apartments is determined by the realty market. The rent is not subsidized by the government or other agencies. Senior housing is provided in a secure environment which may offer social events with the other residents and may have a communal dining facility. MORE INFORMATION Crystal Brook Senior Living and Grand Arbor are an "aging in place" housing model, also known as a hybrid senior lifestyle model, allowing residents to start in senior apartments and add services as needed without having to move to a new area of the building. The Lakes senior apartments features one and two bedroom apartments and include full laundry and kitchens.
