It offers residents on-site case management support. Housing Opportunities for People to Excel (HOPE) Harbor (https://centralusa.salvationarmy.org/northern/hopeharbor) is a supportive housing complex in Minneapolis for low-income single adults and the chronically homeless. Services include: * Social workers/case managers available * Assistance with self-sufficiency skills, employment, medical/dental referrals, recreation, chemical dependency referrals, mental health services, educational services, information and referral The Foyer Housing Program (https://centralusa.salvationarmy.org/northern/boothbrownhouse/foyer-housing-program) at the Booth Brown House offers permanent supporting housing to young people age 18 - 24, with the support and resources necessary to make the transition to independence.
