Description

DESCRIPTION: Trained companions visit older adults in their home a few hours each week and offer assistance with daily activities and appointments, make trips to the community, and be an ongoing resource and friend. Customized, weekly visits ensure: * Reliable transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping and errands * Assistance with correspondence, such as paying bills * Help with simple household tasks * An ongoing resource, advocate and friend who can help you stay independent and healthy Currently being offered in-person, by phone or by video chat.
