Eligibility
- You must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident and be able to provide documentation.
- You cannot currently own a home.
- You must have lived or worked in Stearns, Sherburne, Benton, or Wright county for one year before applying.
- Pass criminal background and sex offender registry checks
- Your total household income must fall between 40% - 80% of area median income

Homeowners purchase the homes with affordable mortgage payments. Both volunteers and homebuyers help build and repair the homes.
