Offers a free voicemail box to people experiencing homelessness or need access to a safe phone number. A phone number with a 651 area code will be provided to put on resumes, job applications, housing applications or to connect with family and friends. Voice mail messages can be checked from any phone and are saved for 10 days. Can complete an application for a Lifeline cell phone
