MORE INFORMATION Provides monthly support groups: * Transitions: Navigating Life's Events Together from 9:30am – 10:30am or 6:30pm – 7:30pm, 1st Wednesday of the month at North Shore Area Partners * Parkinson's Support Group from 10:30am - 11:30am, 1st Wednesday of the month * Caregiver and Grief Support Programming
