Grant or loan program to homeowners for routine home maintenance, emergency repairs, or accessibility improvements. Participants must meet income and other eligibility requirements. MORE INFORMATION Housing Rehabilitation Program provides financial assistance to qualifying low and moderate-income homeowners to assist in maintaining, repairing, and improving the safety, livability, and energy efficiency of their homes.
