Housing for people with low income, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, that includes coordination of other services for residents. The coordination professional can help residents identify resources, navigate systems or help with applying to additional programs. MORE INFORMATION Permanent Supportive Housing Program serves long-term homeless men and women who live with a mental illness, physical disability, and/or substance use disorder.
