Mary's Place provides shelter to women and children who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault.
The team helps residents:
- Access legal assistance (filing Orders for Protection, victim reparations and working with courts and law enforcement)
- Find transportation, or access to public transportation
- Access support groups, classes and one-on-one support
- Provides referrals and ongoing support focusing on financial support, health insurance, employment, education and child care
