- Permission from landlord or primary resident
- All family members or roommates must meet the pet

To adopt an animal:
- Look at the listings of available animals online
- Submit completed application and interview with the adoption counselor
- Schedule a home visit with a staff member
- Complete the adoption contract, pay the adoption fee
