Site Service Area

Statewide

Provides long-term support programs that help people with disabilities as they live in the community. Disabilities can include:
  • Developmental disabilities
  • Chronic medical conditions
  • Acquired or traumatic brain injuries
  • Physical disabilities
Provides such support services as:
  • Assistive technology training and education
  • Economic assistance programs - help with housing, nutrition and income
  • Environmental modifications and provisions
  • Personal support services - home care services, home delivered meals, personal care assistance
  • Social Security Advocacy - help to apply or maintain benefits
  • Health care programs - such as community dental clinics, chemical dependency services
  • Trainings - providing life skills and employment opportunities
  • And more
Disability Hub MN is a free statewide service that helps people find options to live independently. Visit online, or call (866) 333-2466 (8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday) for more information. DB101 is a tool of the Disability Hub MN System. Disability Hub MN is managed by the Department of Human Services Disability Services Division, and the service is delivered through a contract with the Metropolitan Center for Independent Living (MCIL) and the Southeastern Minnesota Center for Independent Living (SEMCIL)
