Program where staff or volunteers interact with people who live on the street, build relationships, try to identify immediate needs and provide information about longer-term support services. MORE INFORMATION Provides services to those who use substances including: * Deliveries of new, sterile syringes, cottons, cookers, other necessary equipment - To set up a delivery text before 11:00am the day you would like a delivery (612) 615-9725 - Deliveries within Minneapolis city limits on Monday - Wednesday from 2:00pm - 8:00pm * Deliveries of Narcan and Fentanyl test strips * Never Use Alone hotline to call (877) 696-1996 to be with someone online while you use in case of overdose or poor reaction * Free food shelves and meals in various locations * Resource helpline * Drop In Center is at 810 E Franklin Ave Minneapolis and open for exchange Monday and Thursday from 10:00am - 2:00pm
