Classes and workshops on how to make decisions that can help your health as you get older or as a caregiver helping others. The programs have been tested through research and by real-world participants. MORE INFORMATION Program to Encourage Active and Rewarding Lives (PEARLS) training classes are for older adults, age 60 or older, who are experiencing depression.
  • Learn skills to manage unpleasant feelings and improve one's quality of life.
