DESCRIPTION: Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. Learn more about transportation costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual (https://www.dhs.state.mn.us/main/idcplg?IdcService=GET_DYNAMIC_CONVERSION&RevisionSelectionMethod=LatestReleased&dDocName=ID_002204). MORE INFORMATION Volunteers provide rides to people who are not able to drive, and those who have no means of transportation. Transportation is available to medical appointments, grocery shopping and personal errands.
