Program where staff or volunteers interact with people who live on the street, build relationships, try to identify immediate needs and provide information about longer-term support services. MORE INFORMATION Provides street-based services to homeless, precariously housed, runaway and at-risk youth Street Outreach provides referrals to safe housing and other services for youth, basic needs resources and health related items in collaboration with Streetworks. They also provide health and personal care supplies, food and access to transportation.
