All therapists provide in-person and telehealth services. Services are available for adults and adolescents (ages 14-18). DBT is an effective treatment for people who have difficulty controlling their emotions and behaviors. Common diagnoses and symptoms include: * Self-harm * Suicidal ideation * Anxiety * Depression * Trauma (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) * Borderline Personality Disorder
