Eligibility

Emergency Service Program for an individual or family who is homeless Dream Catcher Homes for an individual or family who is long-term homeless:
  • Person or family (including youth) who have been living on the streets or in a shelter for 1 year or more, or
  • Person or family (including youth) who has been living on the streets or in a shelter at least 4 times in the past 3 years

  • Follow up helps to get connected to other resources
  • Dream Catcher Homes provides supportive housing for people who are leaving long-term homelessness.
