Offers temporary shelter for those who are homeless or need a place to stay. Space may be available on-site, or may be provided at other nearby locations. MORE INFORMATION The Path to Home Shelter Program provides shelter to families with children experiencing homelessness by partnering with area churches.
  • The Day Center provide a place for families to work on their plans to get into a home of their own.
  • Families have a dedicated case manager who meets with them regularly
  • During the evenings and nights, the churches provide private sleeping accommodations and meals
The Supportive Housing Program has set-aside units that are available for families with children experiencing long-term homelessness or for families considered high-priority homeless.
