Eligibility
Services are available to all who are affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, rape, sexual abuse, and child sexual abuse.
Application process
If you are in immediate danger or concerned for your safety, please call 911 or the 24-hour crisis line at (701) 293-7273 or (800) 344-7273. If not in immediate danger and would like to visit with an advocate and/or make a counseling appointment, please call (701) 293-7273 or (800) 344-7273. Walk-in assistance is also available at the main office.

Program that works on behalf of individuals and/or groups to make sure that they receive the benefits and services for which they are eligible MORE INFORMATION The Advocacy Department supports men, women, transgender, and non-binary individuals impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault, including children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Advocates also support victims' families and friends. Clients can receive help with various medical, social, and legal systems issues, including:
  • Protection orders
  • Emotional support
  • Safety planning
  • Assistance with basic needs
  • Referrals (human services, legal, medical, shelter / housing)
  • Elder Abuse Advocacy
  • Human Trafficking
