Care Partner service offers affordable, non-medical care to older adults and their caregivers who need more assistance than volunteers can provide.
This program is available weekly and times are flexible. All Care Partners are paid staff who are trained and background checked.
Provides:
- Meal preparation
- Help with laundry
- Light housekeeping and basic cleaning
- Socialization and companionship
- Reminders to take medications or perform personal care tasks
- Respite for caregivers
- Assistance with mail
- Grocery shopping
