Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. Learn more about transportation costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION Reconnect provides rides to and from correctional facilities to visit a family member that is incarcerated. Provides free rides to the following prisons:
  • Lino Lakes - 3rd Saturday of the month
  • Shakopee - 2nd Saturday of the month
  • Rush City - 1st Saturday of the month
Staying connected and maintaining family bonds lowers the risk of future incarceration.
