Eligibility is based on the most recent month of income and household size. Funds are available for renters and homeowners. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Serves Cottonwood, McLeod, Meeker, Kandiyohi, Redwood, Renville, Lyon, Lincoln and Jackson counties, and Lower Sioux Indian Community
