Safe Check for Seniors

Eligibility
Seniors age 60+ Safe Check is not able to provide service to those who have dementia or Alzheimer's or other complex conditions.
Hours
9:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday Not open on Holidays
Application process
Clients or their adult children should call (952) 381-2850 to schedule and secure their preferred days to avoid wait times.
Fees
Fee is $25 per client visit and is paid in advance to ensure your preferred days.

  • Private pay
A representative of Safe Check will travel to your home to conduct an on-site safety check visit.
  • The safety check consists of visual observation and a visit with the client.
  • The representative will talk with the client and ask them a series of key safety questions and about any concerns they may have concerning themselves or their home.
  • Services can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Safe Check, LLC does not provide medical assistance, medical care, or household services. It is a safe check service only.
