Eligibility
To be eligible, a person must be:
- 18 years of age or older
- A single male or female
- A resident of Southern Carlton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, or Pine counties
- No convictions for violent crimes against persons in the past 2 years
- Drug and Alcohol testing will be conducted at the time of intake
- Medically compliant
- Be verifiably homeless

Provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need of safe housing.
Transitional housing helps people live independently, address issues that led to homelessness or kept them homeless, rebuild their support network and transition into permanent housing.
The length of time a person can use the program is limited.

The program is 90 days, with the goal of having residents transition into stable housing at the end of the program. Follow up support services are provided after the program ended.
Resident bedrooms are either single or double occupancy and can serve 5 men and 6 women at a time.
