Blind or visually impaired support services offer direct support to people who are blind, deaf-blind or with low vision. Programs may teach Independent Living Skills (ILS) to people with a visual impairment. MORE INFORMATION Provides tools and training for job searching with vision loss. Includes:
  • Develop a plan to help you reach your job goals
  • Access to education and training to get the skills needed for the job you want
  • Help with the job search and job coaching when needed
  • Providing access to books, newspapers and other printed material in Braille, e-text or audio formats
  • Serving as a bridge from high school education to college and career success
