Description
Companionship programs provide volunteers to visit with people who are in the hospital, unable to leave their home, or socially isolated. Visitors provide conversation, reading or other social activities to help keep older adults or people with disabilities engaged. MORE INFORMATION The Good Visit Program pairs older adults with a volunteer for friendly visitation, check-ins and shared errands and activities. Senior Companions are volunteers age 55+ who supports individuals with daily living tasks such as transportation and help with household errands.
