Companionship programs provide volunteers to visit with people who are in the hospital, unable to leave their home, or socially isolated. Visitors provide conversation, reading or other social activities to help keep older adults or people with disabilities engaged. MORE INFORMATION In-Home Care Service provides personalized assistance that helps maintain and support healthy independent aging in the home and community.
