Housing for people with low income, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, that includes coordination of other services for residents. The coordination professional can help residents identify resources, navigate systems or help with applying to additional programs. MORE INFORMATION Subsidized housing is a government program based on a household's income for low-income households.
  • The household pays no more than 30% of their income towards rent; the subsidized housing program contributes the remaining amount to cover the cost of rent.
