Eligibility

  • Age 60+
  • Be able to get in and out of the vehicle on your own
  • Able to walk alone or with the aid of a walker
  • Able to pay for service privately
  • Utilizing transportation for a medical appointment or essential need in Duluth or the surrounding area

Hours

8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Application process

Call agency to enroll and to book a scheduled ride Must call at least 5 - 7 days before the scheduled appointment.
